A 46-year-old female underwent gel breast augmentation to achieve a better shape after breastfeeding three children. Slight breast asymmetry was noticed pre-operatively, so a slightly larger implant was placed on the left. She has done very well and is happy with her results.

She underwent a mastopexy/lift to correct the droop, and a silicone gel implant was placed for shape and fullness. The surgeries were performed simultaneously, and she has done very well.
