A 26-year-old female who breastfed two children for six months each was seen in consultation for a lack of shape and volume of her breasts. She underwent an augmentation mastopexy to achieve a better shape and a modest increase in size. The surgeries were performed simultaneously.

A 46-year-old female underwent gel breast augmentation to achieve a better shape after breastfeeding three children. Slight breast asymmetry was noticed pre-operatively, so a slightly larger implant was placed on the left. She has done very well and is happy with her results.

A 39-year-old female was seen in consultation due to deflation of her breasts after childbirth and breastfeeding. She desired fullness and correction of her droop and wanted it done in one surgery. She underwent a mastopexy/lift to correct the droop, and a silicone gel implant was placed for shape and fullness. The surgeries were performed simultaneously, and she has done very well.

Augmentation Lift

51-year-old female with a history of breast augmentation and a lift 15+ years ago presented after developing droop and hard capsules around her implants. She has lost some weight and did not like the appearance of her breasts. She wanted to be smaller and softer, with her droop corrected, in one surgery. She underwent a tial capsulectomy, implant exchange, and a revision lift in one surgery.

Mommy Makeover

51-year-old female, mother of 2, was seen in consultation for a mommy makeover. She lost weight and no longer liked the excess skin and/or residual fullness she had in her arms, breasts, back, and abdomen. Her mommy makeover consisted of Brachioplasty with Liposuction, Breast Implant Exchange with a Lift, 360 Liposuction, and an Abdominoplasty with Liposuction.

Mastopexy Augmentation

36-year-old female, mother of 3, was seen after significant weight loss. After breastfeeding and subsequent weight loss, she felt that her breasts were deflated and lacked shape. She wanted to her droop corrected and to have better overall fullness to fit her frame. She wanted it to be performed in one surgery.

She had an implant placed for size and shape and a lift was performed to correct her droop. She has done very well and is happy.

Breast Implant Exchange with a Lift
(Mastopexy with Implant Exchange)

71-year-old female seen in consultation for a breast lift and exchange of her 25-year-old breast implants that have become hard and uncomfortable. Her breast tissue has fallen off her implants and her nipples are no longer on the peak of the breast mound. She wanted the correction performed in a single surgery to minimize downtime.

She underwent an implant exchange with complete removal of her hard implant capsules. This was followed by a lift to eliminate the droop she had developed. She now feels that her implants and breast tissue are back where they were 20 plus years ago.

Augmentation Mastopexy

40-year-old female seen in consultation for deflation of her breasts after childbirth and breastfeeding. She desired a more full look and correction of her droop. She did not want to be much bigger than her current bra size. She had small children and needed it done in one surgery to limit her recovery time. She underwent a breast augmentation with gel implants to give her upper pole fullness and a lift to correct the droop.

Mommy Makeover

A 39-year-old female, mother of three, was seen in the office for a mommy makeover. She felt that her breasts and abdomen never recovered after having her children, and despite diet and exercise, she was unable to get her prior figure back. She had limited time off and wanted it done in one surgery. She had a breast lift to correct the droop and implants to achieve the size and cleavage she desired. We continued down with 360 lipo to get a better contour to her back, bra line, and lateral chest. Finally, a tummy tuck with liposuction to correct the excess skin over her abdomen. She has done very well and is happy with her new shape and size.

19-year-old female seen in consultation for breast augmentation. Felt that she was an A-cup and desired a C-cup. Underwent a submuscular augmentation to achieve better size and shape. She has done very well and is happy with her results.
